It’s time to get in touch with your inner child! Now that the holidays are over, let’s calm down with some coloring. Our January 3, 2024 Charity Sewing Day will be creating colorful squares to be sewn into patchwork quilts. Project Linus calls it Kids Helping Kids, designed to include children in the quilt making process, but beautiful squares are designed by adults as well. Roberta will bring muslin squares ready for decorating, patterns ready for tracing, pre-cut kid friendly squares, fleece for backing and fabric markers. You can bring your usual sewing supplies and if you’d like, your own fabric markers. Doors will open from 2:00 until 5:00. That will leave us time to get home and get comfortable by our computers for our Zoom meeting with Jenny Doan. Hope to see you there!
